The City of Lights often gets a bad rap. The Parisians are rude, the weather is terrible and the cafés are pricey. Well, this isn’t always the case. My trip to Paris was pure bliss from the moment I arrived to the very sad day I climbed onto an overnight train to Florence. I loved it so much I wanted to move there. Just like Kelly, the smart and sexy ad executive in my novel, French Lessons, who risks it all to set up shop in gay Paris only to discover that her most reviled nemesis (and ex-lover) is now her one and only client.
